Flutter Inc. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Flutter is dedicated to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. Our aim is to help you find something you truly adore that makes you feel amazing! We understand that occasional circumstances may call for returns or exchanges and we are committed to assisting you through the process to ensure your complete satisfaction with shopping at Flutter. Our return window is brief simply because as a boutique we limit our stock to keep your purchases unique. So, we need your assistance to help expedite the return process and make the product available to the next customer as soon as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

TERMS:

**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the following TERMS and CONDITIONS:

  • Items must be post marked within 7 days of you receiving your order to qualify for a refund to your original payment method. We also offer a Store Credit Incentive, please see below. Store credit does not expire.
  • After 7 days and up to 30 days of receiving your order, we will accept eligible returns for Store Credit only. Store Credit does not expire.
  • After 30 days it will be considered a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for refunds, store credit, or size exchanges.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless Store Credit Incentive is selected and is within the 7 day return window.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact.
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains/elements or odors.
  • Swimwear must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, not used in anyway, and returned in its original condition, including tags and swim liners.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original box and placed inside another box to protect it from damage via shipping and weather. Please don’t place the shipping label directly on a shoe box or tape the box shut.
  • Securely pack your merchandise, invoice/receipt, and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  • We highly recommend that you keep your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received by Flutter for processing. We do not notify you when returns arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, your return will not be honored. You will be contacted and required to pay shipping to have your items shipped back to you.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once received in our warehouse.

Damaged Item Received:

Upon receipt of your package, we kindly request that you take a moment to review your order promptly to ensure it aligns with your expectations. We inspect each piece upon receipt from our brands, however, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery, to document the damage, and so we can promptly correct the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items DO NOT qualify for a refund of any kind:

  • Jewelry
  • Intimates
  • Bodysuits
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats
  • Sale items greater than 20% off the original price
  • Any Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion

Sale Items:

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. Sale Items are considered items marked down greater than 20% off the original price, as well as any Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion. Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or size exchanges. Any final sale items returned to Flutter will be marked “return to sender” and you may be subject to additional shipping costs.

How to complete a Return:

1 - Please fill out and complete the enclosed Return Form in its entirety.

2 - Enclose your original invoice/receipt and include it in the package with your item(s).

3 - Ship the merchandise back to the address below. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of all returned items. See TERMS above for more specifics. 

If you misplaced your return form, please download a new one from our website, or contact us directly for help. Timing requirements are not extended for lost or delayed documents.

Store Credit Incentive:

We hope you will be a long-time customer and we would like to incentivize you to use our Store Credit Option. This is more efficient and helps save multiple credit card fees, and we would like to pass that saving on to you. If you are within the 7 day return window, and upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with the store credit amount for your items, and add the original shipping cost that you paid on your order as store credit. Returns outside of the 7 day window do not qualify for this incentive. Store credit does not expire.

In-Store Pick-Ups:

  • In-Store pick-ups are eligible for refunds within 7 days of placing your order.
  • After day 7, and up to 30 days after placing your order, a return may be issued as Store Credit. Store Credit does not expire.
  • If an item is picked up after 30 days of placing your order, it is not eligible for a return and will be considered a Final Sale.
  • Items not picked up after 90 days from your order date will be donated to a local charity. No refunds or Store Credit will be given for donated items.

Exchanges:

Please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you! All inquiries for exchange requests should be sent to returns@shopflutter.com or text 812-455-0201 (fastest method). Please provide order number and details of your request and we will respond ASAP. Exchanges must also meet above terms.

In-Store Return Option:

Because Flutter is an actual brick and mortar boutique, you may bring your on-line purchases to the Flutter storefront located in Historic Newburgh, Indiana, at 100 State St, for a Refund or Store Credit, per the above terms.

Cancellations:

Our goal is to ship your order out the same day or the next day. If you need to cancel your order completely or in part, please notify us via e-mail or text ASAP, and we will try to catch it before it goes out. If you choose to cancel your order, please let us know if you would like a refund to your original purchase method, or Store Credit. An order can only be canceled provided the products have not been shipped.
